  • WILL THE REPAIRS START IMMEDIATELY AFTER I DROP OFF MY CAR?

    We work to get your vehicle back to you as soon as possible. Your Account Manager can provide an estimate of when the work will be completed.

  • ARE THE REPAIRS GUARANTEED?

    Yes. We guarantee all repairs performed at Nor Cal Collision with a limited lifetime warranty.

  • WILL MY CAR BE AS GOOD AS IT WAS BEFORE THE ACCIDENT?

    We use state-of-the-art equipment and expertly trained technicians to ensure the damaged areas of your vehicle are repaired to the same level of quality as when they were new.

  • HOW LONG WILL MY REPAIR TAKE?

    Your account manager will provide an estimate based on the damage to your vehicle. Occasionally, once the repair process has begun, unforeseen conditions may arise that require additional parts or time. We will keep you informed every step of the way and will work with you to get you back up and running as soon as we can.

  • WHAT SHOULD I DO AFTER AN AUTO ACCIDENT?

    If anyone is injured, call 911 immediately. If no one is hurt, gather the following information for each of the parties involved in the accident: name, driver's license number, vehicle license plate, and insurance information. If there are any witnesses, gather their names and phone numbers. Note the time, date, and location of the accident. If you have a camera or cell phone with a camera, photograph the accident scene and the damage to the vehicles. Contact your insurance company.


    Notify the Police:

    If anyone involved in the accident will not provide or does not have a driver's license or insurance, contact the police and your insurance company immediately.

  • DOES THE SHOP RECEIVE PAYMENT FROM MY INSURANCE COMPANY, OR DO I PAY FOR THE REPAIRS?

    Nor Cal Collision works with your insurance company to make payments. You are only responsible for the deductible (if you have one) and/or any betterment, if applicable.
